[Ves] How to scale point cloud from pcd file

Okey, I'll try to ask on pcl mailist then. Yes, I've already had PCL
installation and now I'm working on SfM (Structure From Motion) using
openCV + PCL.
Thanks for the insight, I'll try to get into the detail using those
functions and tools.
