[Ves] How to scale point cloud from pcd file

Hi Kahlil,
No problem, but you're right, VES mailing list is not the best place for
this question. You might try the pcl user's mailing list.
Do you have a PCL build or installation? If you build or install pcl,
there will be lots of tools for working with pcd files. One tool is called
pcd2vtk, you could use that to convert the pcd file into the vtk file
format, then use the paraview application (paraview.org) to transform/scale
the data. In ParaView, you can use the Transform filter to apply a scaling
and then File -> Save Data. Of course, ParaView has its own mailing list,
too :)
