[Ves] KiwiViewer head revision

Hi,

I synced to the latest ves on the git repository. I noticed the former
KiwiViewer is now two apps: Kiwi and KiwiSimple.

However, the Kiwi folder is quite empty (there's only Data). The app
is no longer there. Where to find it? It was very useful for me to see
the head CT model, learn to use it and rewrite it for my work with
ultrasound data. I wouldn't have done it if I only had KiwiSimple.
