Looks like certain extensions are still not quite working on yours system
even with the proprietary driver. I will see if I can run your code on my
laptop but that would be for tomorrow.
** Assuming that this is not data dependent issue (which it should not).
I think its probably this line causing the issue:

On line number 181: can you change this code to :
