[vtkusers] 3d Reconstructions wityh Python

 I think I can use opencv for image processing steps and after processed
images I can bact to vtk 
(I have been using 5 years with c++ for iamge processing and for my this
project I will use opencv in the first step and than for this steps's
results I can use vtk)(opencv installed another python and c++ version )
