[vtkusers] vtkShaderProgram error :extension 'GL_EXT_gpu_Shader4' not supported VTK 7.0.0

Hi Aashish,
Its Intel HD Graphics 2000, yes its bit older version but it does support
opengl2 .when I see graphics properties of my machine with some third party
opengl extension viewer it says that current opengl version is 3.1and it
supports gl_ext_gpu_shader4.
