[vtkusers] vtkShaderProgram error :extension 'GL_EXT_gpu_Shader4' not supported VTK 7.0.0

The error is not related to volume rendering rathe the polygon rendering
which uses this extension. It looks like you using a much older version of
Intel graphics chip? Is that correct?
