[vtkusers] Installing VTK 7 on Windows 10 using MinGW

Hi Aleksandar,

Please send me your prefered username offlist for the wiki and I'll make an
account for you so that you can improve the page.

Unfortunately we recently had to shut down easy creation of wiki and
bugtracker accounts after spambots discovered them so now all accounts must
be created by someone at kitware.
