[vtkusers] what issue of my dicom series

I try to use vtkDICOMImageReader to load a dicom series, when the vtkDICOMImageReader::Update() is called, the application is terminated. All the fail dicom series have the same character: the first dicom file is more than 1M, the other dicom files are the same size about 200k. In all the success dicom series, all the dicom file has the same size.

Can anybody tell me what problem with the DICOM series?
