[vtkusers] Error: Compiling PoissonReconstruct with Mingw

Thank you so much for your reply Jorge.. The solution you gave solved the
error.
But how I'm getting another error.

Error at GUISupport/Qt/PluginInstall.cmake:13 (FILE):
file INSTALL cannot find "D:/VTK-7.0.0/Build/lib/libQVTKWidgetPlugin.dll".
