[vtkusers] Error: Compiling PoissonReconstruct with Mingw

Ok I followed the instruction  given here
<http://www.vtk.org/Wiki/VTK/Tutorials/QtSetup>  
and Copied libQVTKWidgetPlugin.dll from Build/bin/libQVTKWidgetPlugin.dll to
Build/lib and it compiled successfully with no error.

But, now I cannot find vtkPoissonReconstruct.h in the include folder.
