[vtkusers] Using medical4.cxx to read CT scan

HI therethank for responding for the first email it was very helpful, my next goal is to read CT scan and create 3d model like example medical4.cxx, any idea how to do it , or tutorial that can help me to accomplish this task , and help will be much appreciated . Thanks
