[vtkusers] Cloud of points to nonconvex surface

Thanks Oleg. I still want to find a solution that depends on VTK only.

I tried to use vtkSurfaceReconstructionFilter and I got something close to
what I want but the very bottom and very top are not closed as shown in the
enclosed image.

Do you guys have any idea how I can force the surface to be closed?
