[vtkusers] Cloud of points to nonconvex surface

Guys, I just found that setting the parameter SetNeighborhoodSize of
vtkSurfaceReconstructionFilter to a high value (~200) solves my problem.
According to the documentation this would cause problems with very sharp
edges but I don't think I will have such edges in my dataset.
