[vtkusers] heads up: changes to vtk web site and examples coming

Thanks for the feedback everyone. We will definitely work to
cross-reference the examples, in order to provide a logical and cohesive
environment for the beginner while forming ideas.

As a correction, the front page of the wiki can be found at
http://www.vtk.org/Wiki/VTK
as it always has been.
