[vtkusers] Quadratic Pentahedrons

Does anybody know if there is a way to use quadratic pentahedral (wedges and pyramids) elements in a VTK file with an unstructured grid. I have had a look in the VTK File Formats document<http://www.vtk.org/VTK/img/file-formats.pdf> and it only lists cell types for quadratic hexahedral and tetrahedral 3D elements.
