[vtkusers] VTK 6.1.0 instalation with python and tcl-tk wrapping

Hi,

Thanks for the reply.
I'm on Windows 7, but after struggling a lot I found out that the problem
was with Visual Studio, that was running in compatibilty mode with Windows
XP.
Right now I'm installing VTK with Python 2.7.6, and everything is going
fine.
After finishing I'll try to wrapping tcl-tk 8.5 with VTK.
