[vtkusers] VTK 6.1.0 instalation with python and tcl-tk wrapping

Hello

For the moment VTK is only compatible with python 2. Also, Python 2
internally links against TCL/TK 8.5; so I guess you should install that
version of TCL

What operating system are you on?
