[vtkusers] vtkDelaunay2D output triangle vertex index order

Hello,
Does anyone know the vtkDelaunay2D how to order the output triangle indices?  The order of input points is counter-clockwise, I found that some output triangles vertex index was ordered by counter-clockwise, but sometime its output triangle's vertex order are clockwise, how can know the vtkDelaunay2D's output triangles orientation is counter-clockwise or clockwise?
