[vtkusers] Installing ParaView VR in 4.0

Hi Ahmed,

This options shows up as an advanced option. You may also have to choose
PARAVIEW_USE_VRPN or PARAVIEW_USE_VRUI depending on what you are planning
to use to drive your VR environment.
