[vtkusers] Installing ParaView VR in 4.0

Hi,

I'm trailing to install ParaView 4.0 with the plugin VRPlugin. My  
problem appear while trailing to generate the MakeFile form the source  
download from this site  
:http://paraview.org/paraview/resources/software.php . To enable the  
VRPlugin I should activate the PARAVIEW_BUILD_PLUGIN_VRPlugin flag.  
Unfortunately after the configuration this flag disappear and i fund  
the VRPlugin disabled
PS i m using Cmake 2.8.11
