[vtkusers] Vtk + KWWidgets for interactive volume rendering

Kitware developed VolView for volume rendering which is opensource. It is
built on KWWidgets and you
can get the app and the source code here:
http://www.kitware.com/opensource/vvdownload.html
KWWidgets is no longer supported as far as I know: instead, Kitware has
migrated most
of their projects to Qt for GUI.
