[vtkusers] Vtk + KWWidgets for interactive volume rendering

Hello Dean,

Thanks a lot for your reply. I did not know that KWWidgets is no longer
supported. I will look into VolView. Just curious before I start, is it a
separate tool, or I can build it and use in my c++ code?
