[vtkusers] Second vtkOBBDicer Bug

Hi,

Can I just second this:

I would also like to set the number of pointsperpiece but the behaviour is
a bit strange.  Is this something that is planned to be fixed?

Could I ask what local mods I'd need to make to 5.10.0 to get a work around
in the mean time?
