[vtkusers] cannot found vtkFilteringPython.lib

[elhadj meljane]

I set SIP_INCLUDE_DIR = C:/PythonXY/include
and

 SIP_EXECUTABLE=C:/PythonXY/

it worked. I am wondering if set these var to the right directories?
