[vtkusers] Cmake lists in VTK files

Hi!
The CmakeLists.txt is not in a VTK file. It has to be in the source
directory.
You could try to look at vtk examples:
http://www.vtk.org/Wiki/VTK/Examples
to see how it is done.
There is also a CMake tutorial
http://www.cmake.org/cmake/help/cmake_tutorial.html
