[vtkusers] Cmake lists in VTK files

Thank you very much Anka!
I have already downloaded the MPEG2 source code. And I have already build it
as well. But the tutorial says "go to the object code directory and click on
VTK.sln to open the project in Visual Studio. Build the solutions." And I do
not found any VTK.sln in the object code drectory, so I suppose I  did
something wrong or I missed some step...
