[vtkusers] How to Install Q4VTKWidgetPlugin for QT Creator

Thanks David. It worked and created QVTKWidgetPlugin.lib and
QVTKWidgetPlugin.dll. But When I put them in
C:\Qt\4.8.0_x64\plugins\designer, it fails to load the plugin. The error is:
The file "C:\Qt\4.8.0_x64\plugins\designer\QVTKWidgetPlugin.dll" is not a
valid QT plugin. 

Could you please help me out? Thanks.
