[vtkusers] How to Install Q4VTKWidgetPlugin for QT Creator

You were right. This time I turned on BUILD_SHARED_LIBS along with VTK_USE_QT
and VTK_USE_GUISUPPORT. But only the dll has been created. I can't find
QVTKWidgetPlugin.lib. Is there still anything else that I should do? Thank
you.
