[vtkusers] WebGL 3D Viewer Demo

Hello Sebastien Sir,

I am B. Tech student working on online 3D DICOM viewer.

I have rendered 3D volumetric view of DICOM on standalone machine.

It will be very helpful if you can figure out the way to stream this volume
data to webpage.
