[vtkusers] .exe not able to execute

It means that application needs a parameter probably a directory or file path
from the console.
So you need the run the program like that;

sudhanshu at sudhanshu-laptop:~/bin$ ./Medical1
/home/sudhanshu/MedicalDataSets/foo
