[vtkusers] .exe not able to execute

Hi

I am attempting to construct Medical example of vtk examples.

its constructed but the thing is that its executable file when I try to run
Gives some Usage thing I don,t know can anyone tell me.

sudhanshu at sudhanshu-laptop:~/bin$ ./Medical1
Usage: ./Medical1 DATADIR/headsq/quarter

Whats this ...????

Please tell me
