[vtkusers] How Can I fix this error

I found an example Sphere on the website. I am trying to run it. I sorted 
out all the errors and warnings but now it still says Debugger:: An unhandled non-continuable STATUS_DLL_NOT_FOUND exception was thrown during process load
The program '[1100] sphere.exe: Native' has exited with code -1073741515 (0xc0000135).


I don't know how to fix it.
