[vtkusers] Question for relationship between ITK and VTK coordination system

Hi all,

To obtain VTK and ITK images in the same coordinates space, I "manually"
change origin and flip Y and Z axes.
To do so, I use ChangeInformationImageFilter and FlipImageFilter from ITK to
work in the VTK workspace.
The new origin should be the VTK one, I have calculated it using Size and
Spacing.
