[vtkusers] BUG: wrapJava fails after git Commit:affe1dc38d91435110c5676d26b49c26d5031ace

It looks like the right fix, so I've pushed it.  Unfortunately I don't
have the means to test the Java wrappers beyond the smoke test in VTK
itself.
