[vtkusers] World orientation indicator using a torso

Hi all, 

I need to display the orientation of my vtk images as it is interacted by
the user. In medical visualizations this is, ofcourse, commonly accomplished
using the model of a torso (see attached pic.). How can I display a torso in
VTK?
