[vtkusers] World orientation indicator using a torso

The <vtkOrientationMarkerWidget will do what you want.

There is a test:
VTK/Widgets/Testing/Cxx//TestOrientationMarkerWidget.cxx shows how to
use the widget.

Please study this test before you ask more questions.
