[vtkusers] Missing Java classes for multipass rendering

Ok then Francois. Actually i am trying to render some select 3d actors 'on  
top' of
the rest and i thought to use vtkOverlayPass for that.
Since this isn't available in Java do you have any other suggestion for  
achieving
this? (fyi, i played around with layers and i think they are overkill for  
such
a trivial thing)
