[vtkusers] Position of an arrow - Need your Help

Hi, 

I want to set the position of my arrow at the center of an object ( like a
cylinder) i have created in VTk, but in the class arrow or in the class
actor, i haven't seen a function to do a such manipulation and i don't know
also how to get the center of my object!

so i need your help to solve the problem!
