[vtkusers] VTK/Examples - new example: PickPixel.cxx

Dean,

Thanks for posting the example. We are currently trying to organize
the large number of examples, over 150. Eventually, we will move yours
into one of several example categories that we have not yet
identified.

But, you have already done the hard part...
