[vtkusers] VTK/Examples - new example: PickPixel.cxx

Hi All,

Ive added the code for VTK/Examples/Picking a pixel:
http://www.vtk.org/Wiki/VTK/Examples/Picking_a_pixel
This type of user interaction has been requested many
times over the years in the users list ( most recently
http://www.vtk.org/pipermail/vtkusers/2009-December/104769.html).

David D gave it a try and it caused some him some probs.
Try it with the following invocation:
PickPixel path_do_VTKData/Data/beach.jpg

I realize this is not coding for the inexperienced
vtk user, so if there are any suggestions on how to or
whether to simplify things, Im happy to revise.
