I get this Error when compiling vtkCollisionDetectionFilter.cxx:

I've  vtk  5.4.  It  says on some page there that it is for vtk 5.0 but in the
docs of 5.0 I cant find SetNumberOfCellsPerBucket either.
What can I do to get it working?
