[vtkusers] Extract only bones or other tissues from a Ct

Osirix uses VTK and ITK btw.

 

I'll try to find the project and send it to you then. Basically it's a
derivate of an example that you can find in itk or in the itkapplication
source.

 

What exactly do you want to do with your application? MPR, VRT, SSD?
