[vtkusers] vtkCursor2D help needed

Hello,
I'd like to make a crosshair cursor that tracks when my mouse moves over my 
actor.  It seems that the vtkCursor2D is exactly what I need, but I can't seem 
to figure out how to hook it up.

There are no examples for the class, and trying to follow the tests, I couldn't 
get it to work.

Any suggestions on how to make this work would be greatly appreciated.
