[vtkusers] How to generate a surface normal glyph for a triangle cell

	Hi Elvis,

	I sent you the book just to give you a general overview of vtk, because 
I guess that you need to read something about VTK to work properly. 
Also, if you can buy the "vtk user's guide", I think that it would be 
very useful for you.

	In reference to the glyphs, check the examples in the doxygen help at 
www.vtk.org . In particular: 
VTK/Examples/VisualizationAlgorithms/Tcl/spikeF.tcl
