[vtkusers] Clipping based on normals

Hi all, 

I want to clip a polydata set based on the information of the normals. For example: clip all polygons with the angle between its normal and a specific vector bigger than a certain value into one data set ... the other into another data set.

What is the easiest way to implement this? What vtk classes should I use?
