[vtkusers] KWWidgets & VTK

Ok, kewl.. I already know Tk (spent 3 years writing TclTk for my last
company, so I'm proficient) so that won't be a problem.  And I need this
cross-platform (Windows, Linux, Mac) so I'm gonna try C++ :)
