[vtkusers] Installing VTK on Windows

Hi,

after successfully compiling VTK on windows I wondered wheather it's 
possible to use the installation feature. Everything seemed to be copied 
fine to C:\Programme\VTK, but when I tried to use this directory (or 
C:\Programme\VTK\lib\vtk-5.0) as VTK_DIR in another project, cmake 
complained about a missing VTKConfig.cmake. And when I looked for it, it 
was really missing in the installation directory. Is this a bug?
