[vtkusers] surface generation from CT images

Hi,

I am new to VTK so please bear with me. I would like to know if I can use
VTK to generate a 3D surface from CT images. Basically I have a set of CT
images of a vertebra. I want to generate a 3D representation of the vertebra
from the CT images. Thank you for your time.
