[vtkusers] Lib.obj Missing ?

In running VC++.Net Express under XP Pro,

I get a Linker error indicating that Lib.obj can't be found.
How can this problem be resolved since I don't think there is a Lib.obj ?
I'm using the same code that ran on an XP Home machine with no problems.
What am I missing?  Output follows.
